About Us
Norwich Rowing Club is the largest rowing club in Norfolk and Suffolk. we are a community club and welcome people of any age (14-80+), able-bodied or disabled. Rowing is a great way to get fit and to enjoy the magnificent Yare river. You are welcome whatever your experience, individual goals and personal commitment level.
Upcoming Events
Norwich Head
The Norwich Head is the only Yare river regatta to offer racing for the full spectrum of boats from Eights through to Singles and caters for Juniors, Open and Vets crews
It is raced over 5km from Rivers Court through to the Whitlingham Green

Rowing with Us
​Our structure has detailed programs for development through to competitive rowing, backed by an excellent coaching system. We strive to match your personal requirements from novice or Learn 2 Row up to Elite levels.

Each year our rowers compete at National and International events. Recent crews and squads (Seniors, Masters and Juniors) have successfully competed at local National Championships, Henley Royal, Henley Women's and Henley Master's Regattas as well as internationally at the FISA World Masters Regatta, and Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston USA.
